Green Tea Ice Cream Recipe

Green Tea Ice Cream (1ltr)

3 tsp green tea powder
50 ml hot water
4 egg yolks
125 g caster sugar
350 ml liquid milk
350 g heavy cream, whipped until stiff

Preparation1. Mix green tea powder and hot water, stir well and set aside.
2. place the dough over into a heat resistant container, mix together: yolk and castor sugar
3. place the container over a small saucepan containing hot water
4. place it above the stove and cook over low heat
5. while cooking, mixer blend egg yolks until pale and developing solution
6. turn off the mixer and enter the milk gradually, stirring constantly
7. turn off the stove and lift the container from above pan
8. chill and enter the already whipped cream
9. add a solution of green tea powder, stirring until smooth
10. enter into the ice cream maker and process according to the instructions

making ice cream can also use ordinary mixer.
1. after step no.9, pour into an airtight container and store in freezer for 4 hours (half frozen)
2. rake-rake in the dough that has been hardened to shreds and then beat with mixer until smooth. save it back into the freezer for 4 hours
3. repeat the above steps until at least 3 times. more frequently whipped dough softer results.
