Materials :
2 pieces of eggplant
3 eggs, beaten off
wheat flour as necessary
salt to taste
pepper to taste
sesame oil to taste
3 tsp cooking oil

Subtle Seasonings:
6 pcs red chilli
½ red tomatoes
4 pcs Cayenne pepper
4 cloves shallots
½ tsp salt
sugar to taste

Preparation :
  1. Clean the eggplant, then cut each tilted approximately 1 cm and season with sesame oil, salt and pepper.
  2. Dip eggplant into beaten egg then roll in flour and then fried until cooked, set aside.
  3. Stir-fry ground ingredients until fragrant aroma and dry, and enter the eggplant had been fried, stir until blended. Lift.
