Ingredients:
fillet kakap fish (big fish), pounded
Carrots, peel it, remove the center part, then cut it like match stick
stringbean
Coconut milk
garlic, pounded
pepper, salt
egg, stir it, make thin omelette

Preparation:
  1. Mix fish fillet with pounded garlic and coconut milk
  2. Spice it with pepper and salt
  3. Dab the fish the dough on the omelette
  4. Arrange the carrot and stringbean on the middle of the omelette then roll it become sausage
  5. Steam it until cooked
