Fish Sausage (Sosis Kakap) Recipe

fillet kakap fish (big fish), pounded
Carrots, peel it, remove the center part, then cut it like match stick
Coconut milk
garlic, pounded
pepper, salt
egg, stir it, make thin omelette

  1. Mix fish fillet with pounded garlic and coconut milk
  2. Spice it with pepper and salt
  3. Dab the fish the dough on the omelette
  4. Arrange the carrot and stringbean on the middle of the omelette then roll it become sausage
  5. Steam it until cooked

Ayam Kecap Express (Express Sweet Soy sauce Chicken) Recipe

1 chicken (cut it as you wish)
4 clove garlic, chop it
1 tomato, cut it like dice
1 clove Onion, slice it
4 – 7 tsp sweet soy sauce
Pepper powder at sufficiently
Salt at sufficiently
1 stalk spring onion, chop it


  1. Saute garlic and onion first until they withered then put tomato in.
  2. Put Chicken the chicken in, and stir it with the onion and garlic.
  3. Add pepper powder and sweet soy sauce, stir it until the sauce spread evenly, then add salt and water.
  4. Allow it until the chicken become soft and the sweet soy sauce absorb into the meat. Note: if the chicken has already boiled first (soft already), you can put the broth.
  5. Put the chopped spring onion a moment before the chicken lifted, stir it up for a while.
  6. Serve it on the plate
  7. while still hot.
