Ingredients :
250 gram peeled shrimp, leave the tail and slice the back
1 tsp lime squash
1/2 tsp fish sauce
1/2 tsp pepper powder
Cooking oil

Fried Coriander ShrimpIngredient to dip :
150 gram wheat flour
25 gram corn starch
1 tsp garlic powder
1 sp coriander leaf cut into small pieces
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 sp cooking oil
225 ml cold water

Complement :
Bangkok chili sauce

Preparation :
  1. Merge shrimp into the lime squash, fish sauce and pepper powder. Allow it for 10 minutes.
  2. Dip it into dipped ingredients and left the tail.
  3. Fry it until cooked.
