Red Beans Meat Spinach

Ingredients :
Red Beans Meat Spinach125 gram spinach
200 gram tenderloin, cut it 1.5 x 1.5 x 1.5 cm
½ onion, slice it
2 clove garlic, chop it
2 red chili pepper, cut it 2 cm
50 gram dry red beans, put into pressure cooker until cooked
2 tsp soya sauce
1 sp sweet soya sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper powder
1/4 tsp sugar
250 ml water

Red Beans Meat SpinachPreparation :
  1. Saute the onion, garlic and red chili until smell good. Add the chicken meat, cook it until the color change.
  2. Put the red beans into it, mix it. Add soya sauce, sweet soya sauce, salt, pepper powder and sugar. Put the water in it, then cook it until cooked.
  3. Add spinach, cook until absorbed.

Fried Coriander Shrimp

Ingredients :
250 gram peeled shrimp, leave the tail and slice the back
1 tsp lime squash
1/2 tsp fish sauce
1/2 tsp pepper powder
Cooking oil

Fried Coriander ShrimpIngredient to dip :
150 gram wheat flour
25 gram corn starch
1 tsp garlic powder
1 sp coriander leaf cut into small pieces
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 sp cooking oil
225 ml cold water

Complement :
Bangkok chili sauce

Preparation :
  1. Merge shrimp into the lime squash, fish sauce and pepper powder. Allow it for 10 minutes.
  2. Dip it into dipped ingredients and left the tail.
  3. Fry it until cooked.

Lesser Galangal Egg

Lesser Galangal EggIngredients :
6 egg, fry it
3 sheet lime leaf, chopped
1 stalk lemongrass, chopped
2 green chili pepper, slice it every 1/2 cm
2 tsp sweet soya sauce
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp sugar
225 ml water
1/2 tsp lime squash
1 sp cooking oil

Lesser Galangal EggSpices :
3 cm Lesser Galangal
2 tsp dried prawn
2 garlic
4 shallots
2 candle nut

Preparation :
  1. Warm up the cooking oil. Saute all the spices, lime leaf and lemongrass until smells good. Add green chili pepper and cook it until fade.
  2. Add the fried egg, mix it. Add sweet soya sauce, salt, pepper powder and sugar, mix it.
  3. Add water then cook it until the spices absorbed. Add lime squash. Mix it.

Sweet Spicy Saute Crab

Ingredients :
Sweet Spicy Saute Crab6 pcs crabs, wash it clean then boil it
1 pcs pineapple, cut it
75 gram Cashew, fry it
6 sp tomato paste
5 sp chili sauce
1/2 Red Paprika, cut it small
1/2 Onion, slice it
3 cloves garlic, slice it
salt at sufficient
1/2 tsp pepper powder
3 sp sugar
75 gram margarine

Preparation :
  1. Melt the margarine, then sauté the onion and garlic until smell good.
  2. Add red paprika, then mix it.
  3. Add chili sauce, tomato paste, salt, pepper and sugar. Mix it until homogenous, and cook it until all the ingredients cooked.
  4. Put the crab and pineapple in it, cook it.
  5. Add cashew, mix and cook it until all the spices absorb.
  6. Serve it.
