4 Quail, cut in half

2 sp cooking oil
3 clove garlic, smashed
4 stalk green onion, chopper
1/2 stalk lemongrass, chopped
1 tsp chili powder
1 sp cod liver sauce
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
Preparation :
Heat the cooking oil, add garlic and saute it until yellow and smell good.
- Add the green onion and lemongrass, mix it , saute it until faded, lift it up, then add chili powder, cod liver sauce, sugar and salt, mix it, allow it until cold.
- Smear each quail with seasonings above homogenously, allow it for at least 2 hours in refrigerator, then stick it into skewer.
- Roast it on fire or in oven (1800C) until cooked while turn it back and forth and spread it with sesame oil, lift it.
- Usually roasted quail served together with salt, pepper, and lime.
