
500 g fresh shrimp, peel the cutan and head
Lime filtrate
3 sp tomato sausage
25 ml water
Basil leaf at sufficiently
4 clove onion, crush it
3 clove garlic, crush it
5 red chili, crush it
3 pecan, crush it
1/4 tsp pepper powder
1/4 tsp turmeric

1 tsp salt
1 tsp brown sugar
Preparation :
- immerge shrimp in lime filtrate for 15 minutes, then drain it
- Fry onion, garlic, red chili, pecan, and ginger until smell good
- Put into it shrimp, add pepper, salt, brown sugar, turmeric powder, tomato sausage and basil leaf. Allow it for a while
- Stick the shrimp on the skewer and bedraggled it with the spices
- Place it in the oven until the shrimp change become reddish-brown
- Lift it up and serve it fresh from the oven
