1700 ml chicken broth
400 g chicken meat
100 g been sprouts, flush it with boiled water, drain it
2 tsp cooking oil
6 onion, refined it
4 garlic, refined it

2 lemongrass, confuse it
2 cm galangale, confuse it
1/2 tsp coriander, roasted, refined it
2 sheet lime leaf
1 tsp celery, chopped
1 pcs onion leaf, chopped
1 tsp sweet soy sauge
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp white pepper power
Salt at sufficiently
Preparation :
- Boil the meat chicken. After soft, lift it up. Make the meat into sweetmeat and then keep the broth.
- Pre heat cooking oil, then sautéing all the spices until smell good.
- Add the sweetmeat, then mix well.
- Put into it the chicken broth, then cook until boil and cooked.
- Prepare bowls, and put into the bowl been sprouts, chicken, onion leaf, celery and pour the broth.
- Ready to serve.
