Healthy is expensive, you’re all agree with me right. To keep our body and mind healthy we should exercise and keep our diet balance and always consume healthy food and drink. We must drink lots of liquids. So, which drink you think is good for us?

1. Water
Water is the most natural drink in the world. But, make sure you get the water from pure source, especially for pregnant woman. Pregnant woman can lead to birth defect. Tap water can contain up to 2100 contaminants and if you are consuming these you can be exposed to all means of nastiest such as poisons, lead ingestion & even chlorine.

2. Tea
Tea is the most commonly consumed beverage after water. Almost all people around this world ever drink tea. This delicately flavored drink offers many health benefits. It’s therefore not sensible to stop drinking tea in favour of sweetened, artificially flavoured drinks. Tea has no calories. That’s why tea is a perfect for people who under weight loss program. It’s also had less caffeine than coffee.

Grape juice is a fruit juice made from crushing grapes. The juice is often fermented and made into wine, brandy, or vinegar.
