Yield : 8 Serving

11/2 lb cheddar cheese, shredded
1 1/2 lb monterey jack cheese, shredded
1/2 cup chopped jalapenos
2 eggs
12 ounce (about 1 can) evaporated milk
1 cup flour
Preparations :
- Mix cheeses and jalapeno and put into a 9x13 greased pan.
- Mix the egg, milk, and flour and pour on top.
- Bake at 3500 for 35 minutes.
- You can use more or less jalapeno and green chili according to your taste.
